I’m honored to serve as the Interim Chief Philanthropy Officer at First Tee – Phoenix, where I turn my passion for building authentic relationships into meaningful, community-wide impact. Each day, I lead efforts to raise critical funds that open doors for thousands of youth across Maricopa County—giving them the chance to grow in character, confidence, and resilience through the game of golf.

My career journey is a little unconventional—and that’s what makes it powerful. I’ve helped software and hardware companies navigate Wall Street, scaled our family-owned design and manufacturing brand into a global business, and driven transformational growth for nonprofits dedicated to education, housing, and youth development. This breadth of experience means I bring a unique blend of entrepreneurial grit, financial savvy, and a heart for mission-driven work to everything I do.

Before joining First Tee – Phoenix, I led strategic fundraising and community initiatives at Save the Family and Tempe Community Action Agency. No matter the sector, my core belief stays the same: investing in people changes everything.

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me volunteering, exploring Arizona’s beautiful outdoors, or soaking up precious time with my three amazing teenagers. I thrive on connection, creativity, and the joy that comes from helping others thrive—and I’m grateful to bring that energy to First Tee – Phoenix every day.
