I serve as Chief Program Officer for First Tee – Phoenix, where I use golf as a platform to help shape programs that build character, instill positive values, teach life skills, and empower young people across Maricopa County.

With more than twenty years of experience in amateur and professional sports, I have dedicated my career to educating and mentoring athletes, supporting athletic organizations, and advancing safe, fair, and values-driven participation in sport. Most recently, I served as Chief Executive Officer of Drug Free Sport International, where I led a global, mission-driven team, guided organizational strategy, expanded programming, and oversaw operations in more than one hundred countries. Earlier in my career, I practiced as a business and transactional attorney at a large international law firm, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, governance, and strategic growth.

Although I am not originally from Arizona, my connection to the Maricopa County region grew through my work with MLB spring training facilities, Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, and the WM Phoenix Open. Over time, I developed a deep appreciation for the area’s energy, diverse communities, and natural beauty – along with its year-round golf – which ultimately led me to make a home in Fountain Hills.

Outside of work, you will often find me exploring Arizona’s hiking trails, enjoying a round of golf with my wife, or cooling off in the pool with our Great Pyrenees – who is still getting used to the Arizona summers.
