I’m the new Regional Coordinator for the Central Region with First Tee – Phoenix, where I lead youth golf programming, support coaches and volunteers, and strengthen community partnerships across the East Valley. I’ve been an avid golfer for the last 30 years, and that lifelong connection to the game fuels the passion I bring to this role every day. Before joining the First Tee team full‑time, I spent more than 20 years as an engineer and technical program leader, managing multi‑site operations, nationwide deployments, and complex systems in mission‑critical environments. That background shaped the way I work today—I bring structure, clarity, and problem‑solving discipline to every program I support. As a Level 2 First Tee–certified coach, I’m committed to helping young people build confidence, character, and a lifelong love for the game. I’m known for my calm, relationship‑driven leadership style and my dedication to creating inclusive, meaningful experiences for every participant and family I serve.
